Mustang has lured trekkers for many years, and has only opened since 1992. It was closed, both because of guerrilla war along the border with Tibet and because of ecological sensitivity of the region. It lies in the north of Kaligandaki River and known as the county behind the rain shadow area. The area is a part of Tibetan plateau high, dry and very beautiful. In the walled city of Lo manthang, resides their king making Mustang a kingdom within a Kingdom.
The religion, culture and tradition are fully Tibetan influenced. To get Mustang trek we had to have one Gvt. liaison officer but that has been quitted at this time though we have to take special permit of $920 for upper and $700 for lower Mustang. The maximum altitude is 4337m on Marangla pass and ends at 3700m.
The barren landscape swept by chilly wind from the towering Himalayas awaits those who wish to venture here and most come back with having experienced a way of life unchanged for centuries.

Dolpo trekking has been permitted since 1989. It is the high and isolated area of Nepal lies to the west of Kaligandaki River, Dolpo is Geographically part of Tibetan plateau. It has come prominence with peter Matthieson’s remarkable book “ The snow Leopard” and is truly a reserve not only for the Leopard but also musk deer and blue sheep; indeed the unique wildlife and environment is now protected as part of Nepal’s the largest Shey Phoksindu national Park.
On this trek we have to cross number of passes over the 5000m .we pass the deep blue Phoksundo lake and then settlements and yak caravans of the Dolpali people as they supplement their major living from the land trade between the interior of Tibet and the rice rich lowlands. This is highly recommended trek to an exceptional area, rich in culture and wildlife.
There are two sides of Dolpo upper and lower. Upper Dolpo takes $700. And lower Dolpo charges $ 10 per week as special permit. We had to take liaison officer before but it also has been quitted now.

This wonderful trekking route opened only in 1991. A long walk up the rough Buri Gandaki valley leads to Nupri, a valley of Tibetan people behind Manaslu. Great mountain scenery, Tibetan influenced culture and a high pass crossing are the basic importance. There is a huge amount of wasted climbing involved during the first part of the treks as you climb up and down over ridges or onto shelves to bypass cliffs. The trek is geographically spectacular and culturally fascinating. The inhabitants of this area are direct descendants of Tibetan immigrants. Their tradition, customs are exclusively Tibetan. There is still continuous trade between Tibet and Nupri. The mountains views are sensational, and crossing the Larkya la is one of the most Dramatic of any pass in the Himalaya.
The maximum altitude is 5100m, and the treks goes medium to hard.

KANCHANJUNGA TREKKING
Kanchanjunga is perhaps the least known peak but towering at 8598m is the third highest peak in the world. This panoramic trekking route opened only in 1988 but still doesn’t see many trekkers. It lies in the east of Nepal and only few miles from Tibet and Sikkim (part of India). This area offers uniquely different setting to rest of Nepal. The trek starts medium to hard because of terrain and more rugged. The majority of the indigenous inhabitants are the proud clans of Limbu and Rai, descendent of ‘Kiratis’ who ruled Nepal many centuries ago. The shorter version starts and finishes at Taplejung by connecting flight to Kathmandu. The trek will take you across the terraced hills towards the Jannu peaks, Khabru, Ramtang and Kanchanjunga towering above. The view of forest is so wondering part more than that the wildlife sector is most remarkable. The snow leopard, blue sheep, musk deer, and many kinds of birds are the handful jewelry of kanchanjunga national park. All of that scenery will roll fully on your eyes in this trekking.

GANESH HIMAL TREK
This very trek is newly introduced by us and all of our clients are lucky enough to obtain the permission to enter this beautiful area. The trail starts from Trishuli following the upper valley landscapes. You will be witnessing the panoramic views of many majestic mountains, not tiring to see the smiling faces of native people from the villages and sometimes walking by the bank of rivers in continuation of the trail. You will have the opportunities to visit the inhabitants of these areas, who live in flat roofed fortress-like village in this remote village. The journey around these legendry mountains is among the most enjoyable though tough.
This is one of the legendry "Hidden Valleys" of the Himalayas, guarded by 3 tiered pagoda set on a rocky steep sided gorges to pine forest and alpine meadows leading to a huge glacier below the snow capped peaks. The trail ends at Syabrubensi and the following day we drive back to Kathmandu.

NARPHU VALLEY TREK New
Booking form Our study mountain ponies every few steps, their steaming sweat-soaked bodies heaving. Our destination is the Nar-Phu valley, above the tree line on the upper limits of cultivation, in the very north of Manang district. It takes five hours reaching the pass that links Nar with Manang and three other Bhotia village in the Nyershang down valley.
Nowadays, Nar Phu the population about 300 inhabitants who depend on livestock, unlike most Bhotia people, whose trading patterns changed drastically after the Nepali Government closed borders with Tibet, the people of Nar and Phu valley were least affected by this change. Besides the Kangla linking Nar to the Nyeshang valley , the most direct route from Kathmandu to Nar and Phu is along the Marshyangdi River. Travellers trek through the Himalayan foothills and round the eastern end of the Annapurna before they arrive at Qupar, a police check post half and hour before Chame, Manang's district headquarters.
The Nepal government's recent decision to open up Nar and Phu to tourists has evoked little enthusiasm among the villagers, whose pastoral lifestyle continues. Since Annapurna Conservation Area Project (ACAP) recently extended its network to include Nar and Phu Valley, it is preparing a suitable tourism development plan at the request of the government for undiscovered valley.

Chulu Massif rises north of the Marshyangdi Khola in the Manang region and form part of the Manang Himal, which is quite rightly included in the larger Damodar Himal. This remote upland area lies to the north of and in a rain shadow formed by the main Annapurna Himal. Huge glacial moraines abound etched deeply by wind erosion into fantastic pillars.
Chulu Far East ascent is not difficult and we will settle an high camp near the col. From that col we follow the long South-West ridge on snow and ice.
Although the approach up the Marshyangdi is relatively quick and involves no great altitude gain, the trek takes you through a wonderful variety of landscape and culture ; from the subtropical lower reaches of the valley with its terraced fields where Gurung people dominate, to the ethnically as well as socially interesting Managba people of the upper valley, crossing rhododendron and pine forests. After the ascent our route crosses the Thorung La, a 5350m high pass before dropping to Jomsom downstream the Kali Gandaki river. We fly back to Kathmandu via Pokhara.
